cg99 operates an online gaming and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all cg99 services — slot games, live casino, cricket betting, and other gaming services.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Users will be notified as far in advance as possible before any changes take effect. Continuing to use the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are written in English and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the interpretation of cg99's authority shall be considered final.

cg99 may request supporting documents at any time to verify the information provided at registration. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. cg99 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit deposited funds if false information is found to have been provided.

2.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. Any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account must be reported to the cg99 support team immediately.

As a responsible gaming platform, cg99 is committed to preventing minors from participating. This platform is operated exclusively for users aged 21 and above.

cg99 may request a copy of a national identity card or passport for age verification at any time. Certain account activities may be restricted until the verification process is complete. If the documents provided are found to be false or altered, the account will be closed immediately.

4.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods at cg99: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for each method). Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals will only be fulfilled to the same payment method used at the time of deposit.

• The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made.
• The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

4.3 General Payment Rules

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at cg99 are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Wagering must be completed within the set time limit after the bonus is claimed.
• A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• If a withdrawal is attempted before the bonus requirements are met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
• cg99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.

5.3 VIP Program

The cg99 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.5%), and Gold (up to 0.8%). Advancement to a higher tier depends on activity and participation on the platform. VIP benefits are at cg99's discretion and are subject to change.

cg99 offers various gaming services including slot games, live casino, and cricket betting. Each game has its own rules, which must be read before starting the game.

• Game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG).
• If a game round is left incomplete due to a technical error, that round may be voided and the bet amount will be refunded.

• cg99 reserves the right to change odds in sports betting.
• Winnings resulting from a software error or display error are not valid.

6.1 Fair Play

cg99 believes in fair play. Using automated software or bots to play games is strictly prohibited. If a user is suspected of exploiting system vulnerabilities, their account may be suspended pending investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cg99 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Attempting to artificially control betting outcomes in collusion with other users ("collusion").
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds without meeting the bonus requirements.
• Using bots, automated software, or hacking tools.
• Impersonating cg99 staff or attempting to gain an advantage through deceptive means.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving aggressively toward other users through the platform.

cg99 reserves the right to immediately close accounts and forfeit remaining balances in cases where these rules are violated.

cg99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If false or misleading information is provided during the verification process.
• If fraud, deception, or illegal activity is suspected.
• If a self-exclusion request is made under the responsible gaming policy.
• In cases of prolonged inactivity.

Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time. Any remaining valid balance will be returned through the support team prior to closure, unless the closure is due to fraud.
